Director, Head of Business Development and Analytics

Avril has over 15 years of hands-on experience in property investment in the UK, Australia, and Singapore. Her portfolio has consistently achieved returns of over 100% in the past decade, driven by a strategic approach and a sharp eye for value.

Previously an NHS specialist nurse, a teacher in our local schools and mum of 2 children with neurodiversity, she is passionate about providing accessible living spaces that enable dignity, health and well-being and independence. Also recently trained as a Data Scientist with specialisms in Machine Learning and AI and an educator with Assets for Life, Avril now leads the company’s business intelligence and deal analysis, using data to make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions. Her mission is to blend insight with impact, developing properties that create real value for individuals and communities.

Commercial Director

David is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with a 20+ year career in the construction industry across Asia, Australia, and the UK. His impressive project portfolio includes landmark developments such as Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, the London 2012 Olympic Village, and the Kowloon Crossing in Hong Kong. David’s breadth of experience spans everything from groundworks and piling, to high-end refurbishments and large-scale residential builds. He has a strong interest in sustainable construction and is particularly passionate about green building practices and PassivHaus design—bringing quality, efficiency, and innovation to every project.
